Ich bin so dankbar, so viele neue Erfahrungen sammeln zu dürfen. 4 Tage lang hab ich euch mitgenommen, und euch via Instagram, Snapchat und meinen Blog den Fashion Week Alltag gezeigt. Und gerade der letzte Tag hatte es nochmal an sich!

I’m so grateful to collected so many new experiences. 4 days you accompanied me via Instagram, Snapchat and my blog to the fashion week daily routine. Especially the last day packed a punch!

Gestartet in den Tag bin ich beim Gala Fashion Brunch. Dort waren eingeladene Gäste vor Ort wie Boris Entrupp, Bonnie Strange und Stefanie Giesinger. Geblieben bin ich allerdings nur für eine halbe Stunde, da es im Anschluss direkt zum Runway zu Lana Mueller gehen sollte.

Als ich dort jedoch auf einen Freund warten musste, kam ich in ein kurzes Gespräch mit einer älteren Dame. Leider mussten sie, ihr Sohn und deren Freundin direkt rein. Nachdem wir dann auch endlich drinnen waren, musste ich allein in die Show – und siehe da: Auf einmal saß ich wieder neben der älteren Dame. Wenn ich an etwas glaube, dann ist es Schicksal. Und Leute glaubt mir: Das gibt es!
Nach der Modenshow blieben wir weiterhin im Gespräch und verstanden uns einfach wunderbar.

I started the day with the Gala Fashion Brunch. There were invited guests such as Boris Entrupp, Bonnie Strange und Stefanie Giesinger. Certainly I left after 30 minutes, because I went to the runway of Lana Mueller.

As I waited for a friend, I joined a short conversation with an older lady. Unfortunately she, her son and their friend had to go directly into the arena. Once we finally entered, too, I had to go alone to the show – and see what: suddenly I sat next to the older lady. When I believe in something, than it’s destiny. And guys believe me: It is for real. After the fashionshow we stayed in conversation and understood each other really well.

Wie man zu allen Runways kommt – und das Front Row

Obwohl wir nicht für den nächsten Runway von Irene Luft akkreditiert waren, saßen wir front row vor Ort. Wie das?
Ganz einfach – es fing damit an, dass wir gefragt wurden, ob wir mit zu Irene Luft wollen, weil es noch freie Plätze gäbe. Gesagt, getan.
Da man aber nicht immer das Glück hat und einfach durch die Security spazieren kann, muss man sich selbst zu helfen wissen! Zu den Shows von Julian Zigerli und Cunshie et Ochs kamen wir rein, weil wir am Schalter der Akkreditierung nach Restkarten fragten. Klingt nicht nur simpel, ist es auch!
Man geht nur das Risiko ein, dass man nicht mehr rein darf. Denn ehe du zum Schalter kommst, gehst du an einer Security vorbei, die dich nur mit Akkreditierung hinein lässt – falls es also keine mehr gibt, musst du draußen bleiben.
Es gibt aber sogar Stehplätze, und wenn ihr mit großen Augen lieb fragt, steht euch nichts mehr im Wege. Mein absoluter Geheimtipp, und ich bin unheimlich stolz darauf. Aber nun zur “Front Row” – die erste Reihe ist eigentlich nur für VIPs, sowie reichweitenstarke Blogger und Influencer. Es gibt 6 Blöcke á 7 Reihen. Um in den vorderen Reihen sitzen zu dürfen musst du akkreditiert oder eingeladen sein. Manchmal ergibt sich aber doch die Möglichkeit weiter vorne zu sitzen, indem man nach freien Plätzen Ausschau hält und sich einfach hinpflanzt. Solange dort keine reservierten Plätze mit den Namen des dort Sitzenden sind, steht euch theoretisch jeder Platz zur Verfügung.

How to join each runway front row

Although we weren’t accredited for the next runway of Irene Luft, we sat there front row. How so? Very simple – it started when we get asked if we want to go to Irene Luft, because there were free seats left. No sooner said than done. As you can not always have luck and walk through the security, you have to know how to help yourself! To the shows of Julian Zigerli and Cunshie et Ochs we just get in, because we asked for remaining tickets at the accreditation counter. Doesn’t just sound simple, it is simple! You just take the risk that you can not get in anymore. Before you get to the counter, you pass by a security, who just let you in with an accreditation – so if there’s no one left, you have to stay out.
There are even standing room, too, and when you ask gently with big eyes nothing be in your way. My absolutely insiders‘ tip and I’m really proud about it. But now about the “front row“ – the first row is normally just for VIPs such as wide-coverage bloggers and influencers. There are 6 blocks à 7 rows. To sit in the front rows you have to be accredited or invited. Sometimes there is another opportunity to sit more in the front. For instance if you look for free seats and just sit down there. As long as there’s no reserved seat with a name, theoretical every place is for ordinance for you.

Da saßen wir also in jeglichen Fashion Shows, zu denen wir nicht mal akkreditiert waren. Ursprünglich wollte ich mal um 1 zu Hause sein – nichts da.
Wir haben dort so viele unglaublich nette und interessante Menschen getroffen, dass ich gar nicht gehen konnte.

Kennt ihr das Gefühl, wenn man sich an schöne Momente erinnert und euer Herz sich mit euch freut? Das waren solche Momente, und darum schreibe ich sie nieder.
Nachdem die Fashion Week nach der letzten Show offiziell beendet war, sind wir zu acht in die Friedrichstraße zum Dinner gefahren. Hinterher sind wir auf das Fashion4Charity Event, das sich an Flüchtlinge richtet und ein buntes Abendprogramm veranstaltet hat.
Um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen, haben wir uns noch in einer Hotellobby auf den Balkon gesetzt und einfach nur geredet.

Ich bin unendlich dankbar für die vielen Events, Runways und neuen Bekanntschaften und kann die Fashion Week im Januar 2017 kaum abwarten. Und ich hoffe wirklich sehr, dass ich euch genau so viel Freude bereiten konnte!

Here we sat in each fashionshows to whom we weren’t even accredited. Initially I wanted to be home at 1 p.m. – no way. We met so many unbelievable gentle and interesting people that I couldn’t go anyway.

Do you know the feeling when you think of old memories and you’re heart’s happy with you?
These were such moments, and that’s why I write it down.
When the fashion week ended officially after the last show, 8 of us drove for a dinner to the Friedrichstraße. Afterwards we joined the Fashion4Charity event which cares about refugees and arranged a full evening’s entertainment. After this long day we just met in a hotel lobby on the balcony and just talked.

I really appreciate the experiences I collected with all those events, runways and new acquaintances and I can not wait for the fashion week in january 2017. Especially I hope to give you all great pleasure!
