VEGaNER ErdBEER-STRUDEL IN WENIGEN MINUTEN!
Was gibt es schöneres, entspannteres und besseres als Essen? Richtig, nichts. Und wenn es dann noch unfassbar gut schmeckt, mit Liebe gemacht ist UND auch noch vegan ist! Dann steht einem perfekten Tag nichts mehr im Wege. Im heutigen Blogpost zeige ich euch ein veganes Rezept für Erdbeer-Strudel – guten Appetit! 🙂
DIE ZUTATEN
- 200g Erdbeeren
- 100g Marzipan (wenn du kein Marzipan magst, lass es einfach raus! :))
- 4 TL Erdbeer-Marmelade
- 2 EL gehobelte Mandeln
- 2 Strudelteig-Blätter
- 2 EL Margarine
- Puderzucker zum bestreuen
LET'S GO
Der Nachtisch lässt sich in nur kurzer Zeit und mit recht wenig Zutaten umsetzen – serviert ihn am besten noch warm und falls ihr zu viel Erdbeer-Füllung übrig habt, könnt ihr diese wie ich als Dip benutzen. Die Zutaten reichen übrigens für 4 Portionen – außer ihr habt gute Esser zu Hause, dann solltet ihr die Menge verdoppeln! 🙂 Viel Spaß beim nachmachen und naschen!
1. Erdbeeren waschen und putzen, anschließend achteln und in eine Schüssel geben.
2. Zupfe das Marzipan in kleine Stücke und gib sie den Erdbeeren hinzu.
3. Vermenge das ganze mit den Mandeln und der Marmelade.
4. Nimm die die Strudelteig-Blätter, lege sie übereinander und schneide sie in 4 gleich große, rechteckige Stücke.
5. Verteile jeweils ein Viertel der Füllung auf den Blättern, und klappe die Seiten links und rechts zusammen. Anschließend rollst du alles zu kleinen Strudeln zusammen.
6. Erhitze die Margarine in einer großen Pfanne. Dann gibst du die Strudel mit der offenen Seite nach unten in die Pfanne, und drückst sie leicht an. Von alles Seiten knusprig anbraten! 🙂
7. Bestäube den Erdbeer-Strudel noch Warm mit Puderzucker – et voilà, fertig!
